I got goosebumps at the quote from the engineer saying he always knew he was good at thinking and you thought him he is also good at feeling!

Boom.

Amazing.

This is what I have been sensing as well. Enterprises need to create space for their employees to show up as full humans, not only as the function they are getting payed to perform.

I like your map, that their needs to be guides and intrapreneurs.

And again I notice how we are blowing into the same horn here.

Only you have been doing the work on the corporate side and I only on the personal side.

The Dojo I am proposing is aimed at leaders, so they can shift their leadership identity and embody an archetype, that allows them to create the space for their crews to show up and develop.
